BBC's prehistoric arena spectacular is coming to Leeds next year

Walking with Dinosaurs, the live spectacle inspired by the BBC documentary of the same name, has announced a final farewell tour of UK arenas next year before it goes extinct for good, including a stop-off in Leeds.

Each show features life-like, life-size recreations of Triassic, Jurassic, and Cretacious creatures, each one weighing up to 1.6 tonnes and requiring a team of three operators to make them walk, fly, fight, and roar in near-cinematic realism.

The show has been seen by over 9million people in more than 250 cities around the world since it started, and Leeds is set to become one of them during a two-day stint on Wednesday 22 and Thursday 23 August 2018.

Tickets start at £31.10 and are available now here
