Split into three areas, the former textiles mill comprises the Spinning Block, complete with boutique hotel as well as Art Deco-inspired bar and grill, the Weaving Shed, with a four-screen Everyman cinema alongside our Bowland Food Hall celebrating Lancashire fayre, plus – at the heart of the complex – the Boiler House, with its brand-new duck pin bowling alley for friends and family fun, our chic function space the Cotton Room and the stunning CAMRA-acclaimed beer hall with one of the longest bars in Britain, not to mention the adjacent award-winning Bowland Brewery.
Head over for New Beer Thursday, when we introduce 24 fresh cask ales to the bar, or Drink It Dry on Monday and Tuesday, when we invite you to help us clear the lines for the next batch with a selection of our beers at half price. Look out for our big Cask Ale Week event at the end of September and maybe stay over to make the most of the tipples – our special Beercations (Sunday to Thursday from £149) are perfect pilgrimages for real ale aficionados.
Of course with so many amenities, Holmes Mill offers an ideal setting for your big day and, on Sunday 25 September, we’re putting on a free Wedding Showcase from noon until 4pm to give you plenty of inspirational ideas for your very own dream do. Pre-register, then pop down in the afternoon to see the characterful Cotton Room dressed to impress and ask our dedicated wedding team any questions.
