THERE’S a meal for four complete with cocktails up for grabs at Busaba, a perfect chance to try out their spring specials.Up for grabs is a starter , main dish and cocktail per person. 

Complementing the regular menu, which you can of course also choose from, the six Bangkok Specials this spring include Thai street food classics and authentic Bangkokian comfort food that have been given a fresh twist.

Reflecting the exciting city they’re inspired by, Bangkok – bursting with new ideas – the Bangkok Specials are bursting with flavour. And there’s a good choice of dishes, whether you’re a vegetarian, a seafood lover or a meat-eater.

Vegan small plates include the healthy but tasty Avocado & Asian Hot Mint Super Salad and a delicious char-grilled roti, filled with gorgeously garlicky mushrooms. Mains include the gluten-free Prawn, Squid & Scallop Stir-fry, sweet in a green curry paste.

To accompany your meal, you’re also invited to pick a creation from the cocktail menu. Created by the in-house mixologist, the list of Thai-inspired modern favourites include Busaba’s take on the Mojito, using kaffir lime leaves for a Bangkok twist, and the Red Mule, made with ginger-spiced vodka and a dash of hibiscus-infused raspberry liqueur.
