HOLIDAYS over, or not yet arrived? Relax! The Club House has you covered with a new cocktail menu inspired by that feeling of when you first arrive at your summer sunshine destination, clock the pool, pull up a bar stool and breathe…
The new creations were set free earlier this month, allowing The Club House guests to get away any day of the week – just take a sip and instantly unwind. There are five sections to choose from, meaning the award-winning botanical-themed bar – known for its innovative and imaginative creations – has something for every moment.
The in-house experts have created unique pairings and refreshing concoctions using seasonal flavours such as rhubarb, orange blossom, banana liqueur and coconut puree, and they’ve even added exciting new garnishes like an edible peach emoji topper.
Here’s a rundown of our faves…
Aperitivo: lighter style drinks, perfect to enjoy before dinner or in the sun with friends – get the party started with an Orange Blossom Americano (there’s a booze-free version available too, one of many).
Slushies: your favourites frozen with a Club House twist – pick from a strawberry daiquiri or passionfruit colada, served in a holiday-style cup with tropical leaf garnish.
Golden Hour: these strong, short drinks with big flavours are good winding-down options – order a Sunset Sour as the night draws in.
Long Haul: bright, light and refreshing sunny spirit mixes – a jug of refreshing but boozy Club House lemonade with an authentically Notting Hill twist of Portobello Road Gin is perfect shared between four.
Club Tropical: tropical punches and fun twists on classics bringing back memories of the beach – including tribute acts like the exotic rum-based Bananarama.
