Come and try our new range of Liverpool Gin Distillery cocktails which showcase Margaret’s hard work (she’s the copper still where we distil our gin). From a classic Winter Cosmopolitan improved with our Lemongrass & Ginger Gin to a refreshing Snowball Spritz with its mix of Advocaat and Berkshire Orange Blossom and Honey Gin; drinking gin-based cocktails is our idea of a good time.

Join us to taste the full range of Liverpool Gins, all served with our favourite mixers and garnishes to highlight the flavour in every sip.
Gin Lab
We’re famous for our Gin Lab. Where else can you create your own bespoke gin with your own name on the label? It’s like the most fun school science experiment ever. We also offer a couple’s Gin Lab experience where you can make something truly beautiful together – your own gin.
