Liverpool Gin Distillery – a distillery, a bar and a whole lot more

Liverpool Gin Distillery is a celebration of the spirit. Distillery, bar, gin lab and venue – it’s all here on Castle Street.

Our bar is the place to relax with a G&T. The dark wood panelling and traditional interiors make it the perfect place for a classic drink.

As well as our own award-winning range of Liverpool Gin, we also serve an enormous selection of different premium gins and other spirits. Margaret, our huge copper still is right by the bar so you can taste the gin in the place where it’s made.

Our basement lounge is dark, cosy and moody – just right for dark spirits and cocktails. It’s also an excellent venue for private hire.

Upstairs, on the first floor is our gin lab. Mini copper pot stills line the benches like the equipment for a school science experiment. You’re going to like the homework, though. Come and distil your own bottle of gin to take away, with your own blend of botanicals and your own name on the label.

As well as a drink in the bar, we offer gin tasting and our Gin Lab Experience.

We also sell bottles of our Liverpool Gin online. Collect from the bar or let us deliver them to your home.
