New cocktail menu

We’re delighted to announce our new cocktail menu (drumroll please) which celebrates everything that is good and glorious about gin.

Liverpool Gin Distillery is not just a place to come and sip some of the best G&Ts in town, it’s now a seriously good cocktail bar with ten exquisite new drinks you just have to try.

We’re proud of what goes on in our big copper still so it stands to reason you’ll find our Liverpool Organic Dry Gin in a number of our new cocktails as well as our Liverpool Valencian Orange Gin, our Liverpool Lemongrass and Ginger Gin and our Liverpool Rose Petal Gin.

You’ll also find flavoured gins from our friends at Whitley Neill and JJ Whitley – don’t worry, even we get them mixed up. With cocktails that showcase raspberry gin, peach gin and rhubarb and ginger gin, there’s something for every palate.

From all-time classics like the Clover Club to our own twisted takes on the Negroni and the Bellini, we’ve worked on every detail of these drinks and now, they’re just about perfect. There are ten new cocktails on our menu and we think you’re going to like them.
