Guest dinner service starts with Bone and Block founder Harry Marquart
NORD are kicking off the new year with the announcement of their Guest Chef Series, where the country's most renowned restaurants teams serve up exclusive menus.
The Guest Chef Series for 2024 will begin with local chef and cornerstone of the city's food scene, Harry Marquat, serving a 6-course menu tomorrow night (18 January).
This will see NORD welcome the finest culinary individuals and renowned restaurant teams
Described by NORD as 'a culinary beacon', Harry will be serving up a menu including lobster tortellini, sirloin of beef and opera cake.
The chef and co-founder of Bone & Block and Barnacle will be serving from 7pm to 8.45pm in an exclusive.
A statement from the restaurant read: "We are proud to announce our Guest Chef Series for 2024 - this will see NORD welcome the finest culinary individuals and renowned restaurant teams from across the country for an exclusive evening service. We are launching this series with a 6-course dining experience from local culinary beacon Harry Marquart (Barnacle, Bone & Block, Picar)."
Harry Marquart will be presenting an exclusive 6-course menu
- Smoked eel, potato & chive
- Braised roscoff onion, girolle, hazelnut & truffle cream
- Grilled seabass, lobster tortellini & bisque sauce
- 70 day dry aged sirloin of beef, suet pudding, red wine jus, turnip & parsley
- Floating island, meringue snowball, anglaise, lychee & caramel
- Opera cake with coffee ice cream
