Spice Thai has opened somewhere shiny and new. Result. Let’s paint the town in tom yum soup and throw steamed pork and prawn dumplings like confetti. Better still, let’s eat them.

To go with its popular Baltic Market outpost, Spice Thai has opened a restaurant on Castle Street.
