Trinity Kitchen’s latest arrivals have taken residency until 21st October

The latest rotation of street vendors at Trinity Kitchen, a £400m urban regeneration development located in Leeds’ prime shopping district, has taken hold, with the new arrivals gearing up for another five weeks of delicious food to take us into Autumn. 

Here’s the lowdown on the six newcomers, who will be taking their places alongside permanent fixtures Pho, Rola Wala, Chicago Rib Shack, Tortilla and Absurd Bird, until the back end of October. 


Mendez Cuban

It’s the first time that Mendez Cuban Tapas have visited Trinity Leeds, providing mouth-watering Cuban cuisine made from 80-year-old Havanan recipes. Expect to dial the heat up a notch with a kick of extra chilli.

Drama Bites

Enjoy the spices and flavours we associate with Indian cooking, but with a 100% vegan twist. Think vegetable dishes, samosas and gluten-free pakoras, all featuring on this classic Punjabi menu.

Let’s Go Wild Boar

Steak Out

A returning face at Trinity Leeds, Steak Out serves 28-day matured sandwiches with a range of additional extras, including smoked bacon, crispy onions and garlic mayo. And if you want fries, they’ve got some serious toppings to send you back to work for a sleep at your desk.

Tikk’s Thai Kitchen

Another familiar face, Tikk’s Thai Kitchen brings award-winning Thai food to Trinity, with prawns, satay and massaman curry, as well as a few others. You’ll also be able to get a refreshing bottle of Singha to wash it all down.

Thai Krim

Room for dessert? Thai Krim have got you covered, with their fresh ice cream (along with several toppings) staying on for another rotation. The perfect way to round off your latest lunchtime jaunt to Trinity Leeds.

2018 09 20 Student Night At Trinity Leeds

Trinity Leeds is also bracing itself for the arrival of 30,000 students from across the city, who are expected to descend next week for its annual Student Night. The four-hour party on Tuesday, September 25th includes free film screenings, DJs, discounts, chocolate workshops and giveaways – with 80 brands offering up to 50% off.

Other highlights include free entry to Press Start Gaming Zone, with retro games including The Legend of Zelda on Nintendo 64 and FIFA on the PlayStation. NYX will also offer demos and tutorials, Hotel Chocolat will host free chocolate slab decorating workshops and Primark will be handing out free goodie bags.

Student Night runs from 6.30pm to 10pm on Tuesday, September 25th.
