Holmes Mill is the home of an exciting Modern British restaurant and we can’t wait to go.

If you want to be one of the first through the door, you can explore The Bar & Grill at Holmes Mill on their opening weekend. They’re holding a Gin & Jazz festival to celebrate the long-standing Ribble Valley Jazz & Blues Festival.

The event is on Friday 28 April, Saturday 29 April and Sunday 30 April from 5pm until late.

With over 50 gins from around the world to enjoy, along with live jazz and a delicious small plates menu, it’s set to be a fantastic weekend. The perfect chance to get a sneak preview of the sort of food you can expect from Lancashire’s most exciting culinary newcomer. Tickets are £20 per person and include 3 gin tokens and a branded festival gin balloon glass.

Continue your Bank Holiday celebrations on Sunday 30 April with a chance to enjoy the extensive drinks list in the new bar and a weekend DJ set. It’s drinks only on Bank Holiday Sunday but you can always take a short walk down the Mill Yard to Bowland Beer Hall where all sorts of locally-sourced specialities await.

The restaurant at The Bar & Grill will be open from Wednesday 3 May, serving food from 6pm every Wednesday – Saturday. Considering the quality of the produce and ingredients available in the Bowland Food Hall, it’s safe to say you can expect a memorable meal at The Bar & Grill.

But if you want to know what’s on the menu you’ll have to be patient for a little longer…details will be coming soon.
