The town of Wigan has finally got its own food hall. Feast at the Mills opened in mid October in Wigan's Pier Quarter, offering live music and food stalls aplenty. With a nod to the Northern soul mecca that was 'Wigan Casino', the hall is expected to be a vibrant and buzzy hub on weekends.
