The hotel reveals its final chapter of opening, introducing a new floor with elevated dining and drinking amongst the city skyline
Following a successful first phase launch back in 2025, Treehouse Hotel Manchester is unveiling its final chapter of developments.
This final phase, which will officially open on 11 June 2026, completes the hotel’s elevated offering, unveiling an all-new 14th floor that brings together two experience-led dining concepts, a hidden rooftop lounge, and nine premium suites.
Designed to reflect Manchester’s independent spirit, this new offering will combine rooftop dining, late-night drinks and curated cultural programming with panoramic skyline views, all underpinned by Treehouse’s signature nostalgic, design-led aesthetic.
The new developments will introduce two new food and beverage concepts; rooftop restaurant Sistermoon by Sam Grainger, alongside collaborators Luke Cowdrey and Justin Crawford, and signature bar The Nest, both offering panoramic views across Manchester.
At the very top of the hotel, intimate rooftop lounge and event space The Hideout will provide a stunning backdrop for private gatherings.

Alongside the new food and drink offering, nine premium suites will also be available to book. From expansive Presidential Suites to interconnecting rooms, the hotel’s suites redefine elevated stays in Manchester. Expect generous layouts, walk-in wardrobes, kitchens, playful design details, and skyline views. Select suites can be combined for exclusive use, offering complete privacy, a dedicated entrance, and a tranquil city retreat.
