Events at The Alan

SITU is The Alan’s industrial-chic events space. It’s a blank canvas so you can create anything you can dream up in this 200-capacity space.

It is situated on the lower ground floor with the option of a private entrance and loading available on Back George Street.

This fully-customisable space is just right for product and brand launches, meetings, conferences, awards ceremonies, fashion shows and pop-ups. From pop-up markets to private parties, if you can dream it, you can do it.

The space is equipped with a full AV system, projectors and there is also access to a connecting kitchen and bar.

As well as SITU, The Alan offers smaller spaces for team-building activities, training sessions and meetings.

Event rooms 1 and 2 can be booked as one large room accommodating 85 in a theatre-style layout or divided into two smaller rooms. Studios seat 10 guests in a boardroom setting with breakout areas also available. The restaurant and bar area are also available for private hire.

‘Room to Create’ is a fresh concept - a package offering two hours’ exclusive use of one of The Alan’s rooms to create content. It also includes 12% off food and drink at the hotel.
