Event hire at The Alan

Situ is the lower ground floor events space at The Alan with a raw industrial feel. It’s the perfect blank canvas for any sort of event.

With flexible layout options, dynamic lighting, a state-of-the-art sound system and space for 200 guests (130 seated), Situ can accommodate fashion shows, conferences, pop-ups, gala dinners and awards ceremonies.

Charity events

What’s more, if you’re organising a charity event, our packages start from just £30pp and include a complimentary glass of Prosecco for all guests on arrival. We even give 10% of bar spend to be returned to your chosen charity.

Event 1 and 2

The Alan has a range of flexible rooms for hire. Event 1 and 2 are available to hire as a larger room which can accommodate up to 85 guests in a theatre-style configuration or divided into two smaller rooms with an acoustic wall between. It’s ideal for training sessions and team-building activities.

Studios

Our private rooms seat 10 and are ideal for strategic meetings with a breakout area available within the room or in the relaxed lobby area.

Venue hire

Our restaurant and bar area have a strong design ethos and are a good choice for a stylish event or celebration. They are available to hire or you can opt for semi-private hire of just one of the spaces.
