Stir-fried flat wide rice noodles are served with eggs, kailan and oyster sauce and garnished with fried garlic. It’s so versatile - enjoy it with veg, tofu, fried chicken, beef, prawns, duck, crispy belly pork or char sui.
Perfect for summer, yum nua sirloin is a fresh spicy salad of grilled beef in a very punchy dressing. It’s light but the flavours still have that kick you’re looking for.
