From dishes like Cornish mussels with beer and miso to Yorkshire rhubarb and cream, head chef Jake Smith creates plates of food that taste amazing and evoke memories with their clever use of ingredients.
OXA’s chef patron Andrew Sheridan who also runs Restaurant 8 in Liverpool which has been awarded 3 AA Rosettes explained: ‘We are so pleased for Jake and the team achieving two AA Rosettes – they are turning out some stunning food. This is the recognition they deserve.’
