Juicy rotisserie chicken, roast beef or veggie and feta parcel

Sunday lunch is the big one and we might just have found Liverpool’s roast with the most. ‘Where?’ we hear you ask. Smithdown Road. And Crosby.

Half a perfectly bronzed chicken makes a divine centrepiece for that all-important weekend feast. It’s accompanied by roast potatoes and sweet potato mash (no need to choose) and glazed carrots, creamy greens, rosemary peas and chicken gravy.

Although Spitroast are the poultry purveyors par excellence, their roast beef Sunday lunch is also very, very good, served pink and blushing with all the above accompaniments and a rich beef gravy.

Veggies are looked after with a sweet potato, roast vegetable and feta parcel alongside all the usual Sunday roast sundries we love so much including a flavoursome veggie gravy.

That’s not all. You can make your roast with the most even most-er with the addition of pigs in blankets, Yorkshire pudding and/or stuffing. Let’s go for all three for the most superlative roast that was ever eaten on a Sunday.
