‘Perfectly’ situated in the city centre, it’s within minutes of Chinatown and close to popular locations

Duke Street Boutique Hotel is back in business, just over a month after it was bought by new building owner, Golding Group.

The hotel had been on the market for nine months before being snapped up by the buyer, who reopened the site just one month after purchasing.

The 30-room hotel is the latest addition to the portfolio of hotels and serviced accommodation offered by the company which built its reputation, originally, as an estate agent across the Liverpool region.
