The Liverpool favourite is adding a fourth site to its roster
Liverpool’s legendary hoagie spot Derek’s is once again branching out with a new fourth site opening soon on Lark Lane.
The announcement was made on social media via a hilarious video where a fisherman in a Derek’s tracksuit was seen reeling in one of their epic sandwiches with one of their signature toppings used as bait.
Since Founders Ethan Woodroofe and Adam Taylor opened the first Derek’s site in Crosby in 2021, the New York deli-inspired sandwich joint rose to fame and has solidified itself as one of Liverpool’s most beloved independent businesses. The brand also collaborated with global clothing giant UNIQLO when they opened their Liverpool store earlier this year.
