The new restaurant will take over the Michelin-rated Da Noi on Bridge Street

A new all-day dining restaurant by Open Restaurant Group (ORG) is set to open in the heart of Chester

ORG, owned by award-winning chef Andrew Sheridan and his business partners Sam and Emma Morgan, will take over the site of the Michelin-rated Da Noi on Bridge Street, rebranding it as ‘Noted’.

ORG is a fast-growing group, now consisting of restaurants spanning the UK, including Andrew’s popular flagship site, Restaurant 8 by Andrew Sheridan - a 3AA Rosette venue in Liverpool city centre, Sow in Worcestershire, OXA in the Wirral, and Dishes in Prestatyn.

Andrew, who trained at Michael Caines’ fine dining restaurant in ABode Hotel in Chester, said: “I spent the first part of my career working in Chester, and I regularly visit the city for dining, so I was always keen to open my own restaurant there.

“I am delighted to have found an amazing intimate site in the heart of the city where we can showcase great food, service, and warm hospitality.”
