Liverpool has been confirmed as the next location for a new and exciting which will turn the city's streets into an interactive challenge, taking curious diners from one foodie discovery to the next.
Food Escapes is a new concept that combines puzzle solving with exploring Liverpool's best independent restaurants. Players are invited to solve their way through the city's best-kept food secrets.
Each ‘Food Escape’ is led by a series of clues, delivered via WhatsApp, with the answers hidden in the streets and buildings of Liverpool, allowing players to unlock a series of three secret eateries throughout the city. Each series of solved puzzles reveals the next restaurant on the route, where a curated dish can be enjoyed, included in the ticket price.
Competitive players can race against friends or secure a top spot on the Food Escapes leaderboard. With the timer automatically pausing at every restaurant, players can relax and enjoy the food and atmosphere at their own pace before dashing off to solve the next clue.
