Enjoy five courses that showcase the flavours of the season, all paired with matching wines.

Priced at £109pp, it’s an opportunity to enjoy the best of the new menu before anyone else tries it.

Featured dishes include grilled octopus with romesco sauce, parsley puree and almond crumble and a magnificent herb-crusted rack of lamb accompanied by sauteed parsley root, garden pea puree and minted lamb jus.

The meal ends on a trio of desserts giving you a chance to enjoy even more of the new menu.
