The Transformation Process
Throughout your transformation, we stay with you every step of the way. Nothing is left to chance, no stone left unturned. Our initial consultation is an in depth look into your lifestyle; we need to understand the ins and outs of your work, social and family life. Sleep, stresses and eating habits will all seriously affect your transformation results. The more we know, the more we can account for, and specifically tailor your training.
Nutrition
Everything is calculated and laid out for you to follow. Your specific meal plans and daily goals are all prescribed to you in accordance with your training goals. As and when the training progresses, so will your nutrition plan. All dietary and lifestyle considerations are taken into account. We leave nothing to chance.
Accountability
You will share and receive daily feedback via email with your trainer on your progression, thoughts, feelings and any questions you have. This daily communication keeps you motivated and accountable to yourself, your trainer and your results.
Documented Progression
You start the process with an in-depth body measurement process and initial transformation images. We take these readings and continue to document them with you along the process, ensuring you stay on track at all times whilst you work with us.
