INDIVIDUAL Restaurants has just launched an opulent new opening in Chester: Opera Grill. The £3m project features a raw bar, cold counter, charcoal grill, wood fired oven, three cocktail bars, and an all-weather roof terrace. Early reports say it looks set to become a destination restaurant for the city.
Opera Grill is the latest addition to the Individual Restaurants family, home to Piccolino and The Restaurant Bar and Grill amongst others. And it's likely to attract a new influx of members to their popular loyalty lifestyle scheme, Club Individual.
