Your night will begin with a cocktail-making experience in the decadent private members' bar. You'll be learning from the best here – The Living Room has a stellar reputation for cocktails. Their expert bar tenders will show you how to make, shake (and drink) a range of beautiful concoctions, including some from their new cocktail menu.
Next you'll be seated in one of the secluded Private Dining spaces for dinner from their new food menu.
It's innovative, international cuisine with a real flair and commitment to quality. A strong seafood offering includes starters of scallops and Bury black pudding on a minted pea Puree and beer battered tiger prawns with sweet chilli and wasabi. Mains such as pappardelle pasta with a slow cooked shin of beef and pancetta ragu sit alongside a range of steaks and imaginative vegetarian dishes.
