POLICE are appealing for information about 40-year-old Alessandra Severitano who has been missing from his home in Liverpool city centre since Wednesday, 22 October.

Alessandro Severitano, from Bold Street, Liverpool, was last seen by a friend at around 9pm on Wednesday night at the Royal Liverpool University Hospital.

Since then officers have been carrying out extensive inquiries to establish where he is.

Alessandro is described as white, of medium build, around 5ft 10in tall with black curly hair. When he was last seen he was wearing a light blue Adidas hooded top and tracksuit bottoms.

He is known to frequent the area around the University of Liverpool campus, including Crown Street and Riding Street.

His disappearance is totally out of character and both officers and Alessandro's friends and family are now becoming increasingly concerned about his welfare.

Anyone with information, or who knows of Alessandro's whereabouts, is urged to call 101 and ask for the Liverpool North Control Room.  People can also contact the Missing People's Charity on 116000.
