Andrew Sheridan is the Chef behind Restaurant 8.

In next to no time he has turned Liverpool’s Restaurant 8 into one of the most exciting restaurants in the country with three AA Rosettes and an entry in the Michelin Guide. Restaurant 8 has also been named Best Restaurant in the UK in the British Restaurant Awards.

Restaurant 8 is his passion project. It’s a homecoming ambition realised.

The menu articulates his journey from growing up in Liverpool and North Wales to come full circle, returning to the city as the feted Chef he is now.
