The USS Kentucky is gargantuan – it could probably feed the Navy. For £32.50 you get one of our juicy messy burgers or a BBQ sandwich, St Louis pork ribs, hot links sausage, hickory smoked buffalo wings, burnt ends mash, slaw, four-way pork shoulder mac and cheese plus dill pickles.
Our other giant platters are similar, the bits and bobs are just switched around so you can always get your favourite.
For example, The USS Wisconsin comes with meaty slow-cooked pit beans, gravy, onion rings and Nashville chicken instead of the ribs, mac and cheese, wings, mash and hot links while the USS Oregon swaps out the burgers and the mac and cheese for brisket, morcilla and hickory smoked pork shoulder.
