Mondays

We’re closed - but don’t be sad. We’re still available to hire for private functions. Whatever you’re planning, let us bring it to life with good old-fashioned hospitality.

Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays

Frederiks is the undisputed heart of Liverpool’s jazz scene with our tri-weekly Hope Street Jazz sessions.

We’ve played host to local, national and international talent in an intimate and relaxed setting.

There’s a late kitchen too, so come for dinner and stay for the music.

Fridays

Begin the after-work wind-down at Cabana every Friday night at Frederiks.

Come early for happy hour and live music or stay till the early hours with our resident DJ John Dean supplying the grooves until 2am.

Saturdays

Dress up for the weekend with Casino, a seductive and luxurious house and disco session.

Resident DJ John Dean will have you on your feet until the early hours at Frederik’s Saturday night party.

Sundays

‘Better than your Ma’s’ is our strapline and we’re digging our heels in.

We’ve been making boasts about our roasts for a decade now and we know how to get them spot on - meaty or veggie, you’ll find no better, and all wallowing in gravy.
