Cocktails at Down The Hatch

Summer is here and so are summer cocktails.

We’ve been working on the ultimate July and August coolers and making sure they’re plant-based.

They’re just £8 each or any two for £14.

Here are our four favourites:

Peach Tea-Quila

Iced teas are a summer essential but tequila is a year-round essential. Put them together with a bit of peach liqueur and you get Lipton’s on the lash.


Drinking a grasshopper might not sound particularly appealing so we used its French name so you can be all la-di-da and pretend you’re on holiday. Good move, eh? It’s minty, chocolatey and green with a lovely brandy hit.

Lychee Like That

Totally tropical. Gin cocktails are always classy and the lychee liqueur and the elderflower make it a mix of exotic beach and British summertime.


The ice cream van’s here…relieve the ice lollies of your youth with a mix of Midori, Southern Comfort, orange, pineapple juice and lime.
