Get some vegan grub Down The Hatch

Down The Hatch is, as the name suggests, the place to stuff your face and get some top notch scran in.

Crispy wings (oyster mushroom or seitan) and stacked burgers, soy patties and crispy chicken-esque pieces are addictively naughty but we make them ourselves so it’s not all junk food just, junk-ish.

Don’t forget the 2 for £14 cocktails too, available all day and night, even during our late night bar hours. The only place in town you’ll find late night bites over the weekend, for when the pale ales and the Pinot makes you desperate for loaded fries! Or those strolls on the docks get you ready for a vegan camembert. We understand the lure of 11pm cauli tings with buffalo sauce, don’t worry.

If you think all this sounds good but you’re in the mood for a Chinese chippy, our side hustle Woo Tan Scran is the answer.

Fill up on salt and pepper chips, old-school battered vegan sausage or wok-fried mixed veg with saucy noodles and get it Deliveroo’d from our dark kitchen to your door.
