Four-legged friends can now enjoy a frolic at Bruce’s in Lymm

Leading ‘doggy day care’ provider Bruce’s has opened its latest pooch play haven in Lymm.

Set in 5.5-acres of land specifically designed with visitors’ dogs in mind, including sensory fields where pups can run, explore and play off-lead, it’s bound to have tails wagging all day long.

Founded by animal enthusiast and former Chair of the Pet Industry Federation, Bruce Casalis, Bruce’s goes beyond the basics of pet drop-offs and day cares, with a focus on enrichment and consistent socialisation backed by 17 years of dog care expertise.

Located at Wet Gate Lane in Lymm, Cheshire, just a short drive from Altrincham and Hale, Bruce’s is managed by a team of highly trained pet care professionals and has everything your pup could dream of during their visit. From action-packed agility courses to indoor relaxation areas and a programme of engaging activities, like ‘Bruce’s Sniffing Safari’ and ‘Hide and Treat’ fields or a visit to the Zen Gardens; fields planted with lavender and other dog-friendly aromatic plants to help encourage relaxation and exploration - there’s something to suit every pet’s personality.

There won’t be any bored Border Collies or sad Shih Tzus either; the centre’s tried and tested ‘Happy Dog Policy’ takes each dog temperament, size, energy levels and play style into consideration, meaning playgroups are designed to suit your dogs needs.

Nervous pups needn’t worry either, as Bruce’s offers unrivalled support, helping dogs to bond and build confidence around others.  Pet parents of younger pups can also receive expert guidance at ‘Bruce’s Puppy Pre-school’ - a class dedicated to nurturing development and helping puppies prepare for the wider world in a safe, fun and loving environment.

Speaking on the opening, Managing Director of Bruce’s Doggy Day Care, Ben Mann, said: “We have always aspired to bring Bruce’s to Cheshire, and so with our latest opening in Lymm, our first Bruce’s Doggy Day Care in the North, we are delighted to make this ambition a reality.

“We’ve been blown away by the warm welcome received, with our first cohort of dogs already enjoying the benefits of expert care focused on enrichment and socialisation.  We’re looking forward to unleashing the full health and happiness potential of many more pups, setting northern tails wagging!”
