Francis Bacon is considered one of Britain’s greatest modern painters and the exhibition, entitled Francis Bacon: Invisible Rooms, will display more than 30 paintings, alongside a group of rarely seen drawings and documents. Visitors to the exhibition will get the opportunity to learn more about one of Britain’s modern masters in an exhibition that won’t be seen anywhere else in the UK.

The winners of our competiton will get the opportunity to attend the gallery’s celebration party that launches the exhibition on Tuesday 17 May from 19.00-20.30, which is bound to be packed with all sorts of arty types. If you were expecting to canoodle with the cast of Hollyoaks, you might be a wee bit disappointed.
