IN our view, the KeraStraight hair straightening treatments are up there with the internet and TiVo for the most useful modern day inventions.

Two new products are now available: KeraStraight KS Intensive and KeraStraight Colour Protect. Whatever your hair type or texture, they offer a same-day solution to frizz and unmanageable locks, taking just two to four hours to work, depending on hair length.
In Manchester, both treatments are available at the Trevor Sorbie salon in Spring Gardens, alongside the original KS Complex Treatment.
KS Complex has been reformulated to work on the same day as well, and is suitable for fine to normal hair textures. The new Colour Protect Treatment is designed for weaker, more fragile hair types, particularly highly coloured or porous hair. While the new KS Intensive Treatment is for hair that is resistant or coarse in texture, or very curly, virgin or Afro-Caribbean hair.
Unlike other Brazilian straightening treatments, KeraStraight use a low pH protein which leaves hair in optimum condition for up to four months, without the use of harsh chemicals.
And as before, the treatments save you hours of mirror drudgery, as you wake each morning to beautiful hair you can re-style in minutes.
