Hot pink, summer white and slogan t-shirts - Emma Carr styles up her Topshop trousers three ways
The summer 2017 silhouette is a relaxed one. The emerging trend for oversized, wide-legged trousers pushes us further and further away from the painted-on super skinny jean of previous years.
The high-street has embraced the S/S catwalk call for loose, longline trousers and an endless variation of pants - cropped, culotte, wide leg, jogger, flared or frayed - which can be found at most big name stores.
And best of all, the trend for trousers of all kinds is not just meant for the leggy Kendall Jenners of this earth and can be worn by most body types.
In our next edition of '3 Ways To Wear', Manchester-based fashion stylist Emma Carr pairs her cropped and tapered Topshop trousers (see here) with some of the season's other popular style trends.
