That’s why physiotherapist and NHS Doctor Jessicarr Moorhouse has teamed up with movement coach Darryl Edwards and health coach Suzy Glaskie to discuss how regular movement and exercise can impact modern lives. Forget building ‘the perfect peach’ or trying to carve a six pack – this is all about attainable lifestyle goals that will make a difference to your mind, body and future.
