Introducing their new signature dish: rose veal chop
TRE Ciccio has a new signature dish we think you should know about. The Costoletta di Vitello is a rose veal chop cooked in the flames of their charcoal oven for a distinctive smoky taste.
It's served on a heirloom tomato salad with a scattering of salt and a dribble of extra virgin olive oil, and topped with a bright green gremolata garnish. Like the best Italian food, it's simple but packed with vivid, fresh flavours. Watch them cooking it to see why we think it's special.
The Costoletta di Vitello is available for £24.95 at all three Tre Ciccio restaurants: Altrincham, Bramhall and the newly opened Ramsbottom venue.
Alongside classic Italian dishes like the Costoletta di Vitello, Tre Ciccio is best known for its trademark Neopolitan style pizza and its slow-roasted chicken and potatoes platters, inspired by southern Italian chef Michele Verdastro’s Pollo Scucchiato.
This trio of restaurants are rapidly becoming known as one of Manchester's best bets for high quality, authentic Italian food. If you've not been yet, make it a priority.
