Tom Lowe is a classically trained chef from east London but now living in his adoptive home of Manchester and has over 25 years experience in the industry. Inspired by some of the great steakhouses in both the UK and Europe and combined with his great passion for all things meat, Tallow was born. Using only grass fed, native breed, 28 day dry aged beef from our selected butchers, Tallow provides some of the best tasting steaks & burgers in Manchester at affordable prices.
