SITU, The Alan's new events space, is situated on the lower ground floor of the hotel. What used to be the former hotel restaurant has now been transformed into a large events space, able to fit any event, gallery or party. It’s fully equipped with everything you could need: large TV screens, a full AV system, projectors, a private bar and a cloakroom.
The Alan is the perfect setting for private meetings and events. It’s an inspiring space, to work, create or party, fit for whatever you can stretch your mind to. Our private hire spaces can comfortably accommodate between 10 and 150 guests with a wonderful range of food and drinks menus.
As well as SITU, we also have two events spaces that can be hired individually or together with an additional breakout space. Both come with large TV screens, flip charts, air con, Bluetooth speakers and super-fast wi-fi as standard.
