Deposits

We require a 20% deposit to confirm your booking. Please understand that when you rearrange or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. For this reason, we respectfully advise that deposits are strictly non-refundable within a 7-day notice period.

Skin Testing

All new clients require a skin test at least 48 hours before their appointment. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation or rescheduling of the colour service and a loss of your deposit.

When making a booking online, please note that if you do not select the specific stylist you require for each service, your appointment will be shared with the team available that day.

If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, please let us know. If you do not your stylist has the right to cancel, as it may impact other clients during the day.
