Three Little Words

Restaurant - Global

Three Little Words is housed under the arches at the lesser-visited end of Watson Street, near Beetham Tower. Inside you’ll find the Spirit of Manchester gin distillery, a cocktail bar, and a kitchen serving small plates with thoroughly decent cooking. It’s certainly a place worth knowing about.

Starting with the distillery: it’s a beautiful space that’s open to the public for tastings, gin-making experiences and tours. You can buy a bottle of their Manchester Gin from the shop in the cocktail bar – another stunning setting. Head there for elegant cocktails made with homemade tinctures and tonics.

The restaurant serves nibbles and small plates with an emphasis on seasonality. Typical dishes could include asparagus and dolcelatte arancini, or pork belly bon bons with apple, maple bacon and lambs lettuce. There’s a Sunday Roast menu with beef and porchetta supplied by Frost’s Butchers in Chorlton. Live jazz, DJs and soul music add to the atmosphere throughout the weekend.

Three little words to sum up Three Little Words? How about: you’ll like it.
