Mitton Hall is fully licensed for civil ceremonies. Our fabulous Party Room is bathed in natural light and offers stunning riverside views, before transforming into an incredible party space by night for your evening guests. The Party Room can hold up to 165 seated guests for your ceremony, and with it’s own private entrance and a red carpet arrival should you wish, you really will feel spectacular as you get married at Mitton!
Your wedding celebrations really begin with your wedding breakfast! At Mitton Hall we employ only the best highly-skilled chefs to create impeccable meals using the freshest local produce. As you’d expect your wedding breakfast at Mitton Hall is simply unforgettable and will leave your guests reminiscing of your day for years to come.
With stunning views of the Ribble Valley and the River Ribble flowing gently by, coupled with striking architecture and impeccable design, Mitton Hall has no shortage of locations that are sure to inspire your photographer and create amazing, treasured images.
With 18 meticulously designed rooms, Mitton Hall is the perfect romantic getaway. Each of our suites boast their own unique theme and features – from the grandeur of the four-poster bed in the King Suite to the contemporary chic of the Mitton Suite, or the rustic charm of our gamekeeper’s lodge-inspired Tudor Suite, each of our rooms are brimming with appeal.
Set within dramatic countryside and surrounded by fabulous gardens, Mitton Hall is a stunning venue providing a quiet, intimate and rural setting for your dream wedding. With fantastic scenery, the picturesque setting retains its charm and atmosphere whatever the weather or season. Within easy reach from the M6, M61 & A59 with plentiful free car parking and lots of extra accommodation in towns and villages nearby, Mitton Hall is the perfect venue for a get together with family and friends old and new.

Minimum – 60 day guests
Maximum – 165 seated day guests and 250 evening guests
All of our weddings are individually priced depending on the date and number of guests present at your wedding. For a quotation, please contact our Wedding Coordinator.
There are 18 in-house guest bedrooms; including 6 suites, 2 large standard rooms & 10 standard double rooms. If a wedding is booked far enough in advance we will reserve all bedrooms for the happy couple to allocate rooms out to their guests.
Our King Suite is usually used as the Honeymoon Suite.
As we are situated in the middle of the Ribble Valley countryside, surrounded by wildlife, crops and farm animals, unfortunately we are unable to accommodate Fireworks and Chinese lanterns being set off on the premises.
