Bookings:
Bookings are non-transferable. If you wish to cancel your booking, please see the cancellation process for your booking type below.
Late to a Booking:
If you are going to be late to your booking, we require a telephone call to let us know. We will hold your reservation for a maximum of 15 minutes, after this time, your table will be forfeited.
Any monies paid will be lost.
Where card details have been taken, a charge of £10 per person will apply.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry, a booking does not guarantee entry.
If your booking is refused entry, then your deposit is non-refundable.
Menus are subject to change and price increases.
Card Verification Details For A Booking
If card verification details are taken for your booking, no payment will be taken at the time of booking.
If you do not turn up to your booking or are more than 15 minutes late to your booking, your card will be charged at £10 per person for the total covers booked.
This charge will come off your card within 7 days.
Bottomless Brunch
• A choice of Bottomless Prosecco, lager, cider, specified cocktails, vodka, gin, rum, malibu, Disaronno, Jack Daniels and soft drinks will be served for 90 minutes from your booking time, after which we will need your table back.
• This time will commence at the time of booking. We cannot make allowances for late arrivals.
• We will serve 1 drink at a time and a refill will only be offered when your glass is near empty.
• Whole party must order from this menu
• We require a food pre order for all guests. Should we not receive a pre order from you, the standard serve of meat platters will be served.
• In the event we are not notified of your food preference, our standards serve will be served.
• Please make our team aware of any allergies and intolerances at the time of booking.
• Cages are to share and can be served with 2 or 3 portions on.
• Full payment is required in advance, at the time of booking.
• Any cancellations within 72 hours of the booking, all monies will be lost. If cancelled outside of 72 hours, a £10 per person deposit will be lost, however the remaining credit will be refunded.
• We update our brunch menu seasonally, so, at times, some food & drink items will vary.
• We encourage responsible drinking. Those deemed to be intoxicated will be refused service.
• All offers are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
• No under 18s can book for or attend bottomless brunch
• All guests on the table must be taking part in bottomless brunch – mocktails and soft drinks are offered as part of bottomless brunch
• Bookings are non-transferable.
• Where a booking is over 6 guests, your group may be split over several tables next to each other.
• Guests are required to remain seated throughout their booking at their table, to ensure a smooth running speed of service.
Payment For A Drinks Booth or VIP room
Where a payment applies, a pre order to the full value of your minimum spend is required.
Where a pre order is not given, our standard drinks package will be served to your table.
Any monies not spent with your pre order will be lost.
In the event of a cancellation, up to 72 hours before your booking, a 25% deposit will be lost, and a 75% refund actioned, or an alternative date will be offered.
Within 72 hours of your booking, all monies will be lost, and we cannot move your booking to a future date.
A 10% room hire fee is added to all VIP rooms or areas booked within the bar.
This room hire fee is none redeemable and non-transferable.
Deposit For A Dining Booking
Where a deposit is paid for a dining reservation, this is only redeemable from your dining bill only.
If you are only joining us for drinks and have booked a dining table in our restaurant area, your deposit will be lost, and your table forfeited.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Room Hire / Table (Deposit):
This is the amount quoted and contracted for Table/ Booth bookings and Private areas within the times agreed on your booking form.
Your booking is considered provisional until Peaky Blinders Manchester receives a full payment of the Deposit.
This deposit is due within 48 hours of booking.
Peaky Blinders Manchester advise you not to make firm plans until you receive confirmation of your booking via email from your Event Manager.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry, a booking does not guarantee entry.
If your booking is refused entry, then your deposit is non-refundable.
Event Nights:
Where tickets have been purchased for an event night, i.e. Nostalgic Nights, Cabaret, etc etc… the cancellation policy is below –
If cancelling outside of 72 hours, a £10 per person deposit will be lost, and the remaining monies refunded.
If cancelling within 72 hours on your booking, all monies will be lost.
Minimum Spend:
This is the amount quoted and contracted to be spent on food and beverages.
The Minimum Spend amount is due at the time of booking.
In the event the Minimum Spend is not met, no refunds will be issued nor will any balance be transferred to another booking.
Any drinks tokens purchased as part of your booking, can be used on the date of booking only.
Peaky Blinders Manchester are legally prohibited from selling any beverages which will be consumed off site.
Catering Pre-Order:
Your food and beverage pre-order is due 2 weeks before your booking in normal periods and by 1st November during the festive period.
Please email your requirements to your Event Manager by the set deadline.
Should you not submit your pre order by the deadline given, we shall by default cancel your food service.
Our packages are for a minimum of 8 people.
Please choose the same selection for the whole group, either set menu dining or buffet style food (individual orders will not be accepted).
Package prices may vary in during the festive period.
Event Cancellation January – October :
Should you need to cancel your event for any reason, Peaky Blinders Manchester require 2 weeks’ written notice to receive a refund of any monies paid other than your deposit amount.
Your deposit, however, will be lost.
If you cancel within 2 weeks of the event date, Peaky Blinders reserves the right to retain the Room Hire (Deposit) and the full pre-paid amount.
Peaky Blinders Manchester cannot be held responsible for exceptional weather conditions, suspension of travel or any other circumstances beyond reasonable control; and no such circumstances will be considered grounds for cancellation without charge.
Refunds will only be issued through the same means of payment as the deposit was received.
Event Changes January – October :
Should you wish to cancel any guests off your booking up until one week before your booking, any deposits paid will be lost.
If you wish to cancel any guests off your within one week of your booking, all monies for that place will be lost.
Monies are not transferable and non-redeemable.
Refunds:
Any refunds due will be issued using the original payment method once authorised by the Head of Business.
FESTIVE PERIOD – 01ST November - -1st January
Festive Period Cancellation:
Should you need to cancel your event for any reason, Peaky Blinders Manchester require 6 weeks’ written notice to receive a refund of any monies paid other than your deposit amount.
Your deposit, however, will be lost. If you cancel with less than 6 weeks’ notice, Peaky Blinders Manchester reserves the right to retain the Room Hire deposit and the full Minimum Spend.
Peaky Blinders Manchester cannot be held responsible for exceptional weather conditions, suspension of travel or any other circumstances beyond reasonable control: and no such circumstances will be considered grounds for cancellation without charge.
Festive Period Changes:
Should you wish to cancel any guests off your booking up until 1st November, any deposits paid will be lost.
If you wish to cancel any guests off your booking from the 1st November (final payment date) all monies for that place will be lost.
Monies are not transferable and non-redeemable.
Changes to Your Private Hire Booking:
Should you need to change the date of your booking for any reason, Peaky Blinders Manchester require 2 weeks’ written notice.
With due notice we shall endeavour to find you an alternative date, subject to availability.
The Deposit will be transferred to your new date.
If you change the date of your event with less than 2 weeks’ notice, Peaky Blinders Manchester reserves the right to retain the Deposit.
Any changes to your event (food/beverage pre-orders, guest numbers) requested less than 2 weeks prior to the event will be at the discretion of the Head of Events.
No shows:
If you fail to show up for your event, Peaky Blinders Manchester reserves the right to retain all prepayments including deposit and Minimum Spend/full catering pre-order.
Relocation:
In exceptional circumstances included but not limited to (fire, flooding, power or equipment failure), Peaky Blinders Manchester may move your booking to another area of the venue or another venue subject to availability.
You will be notified of this as far in advance as possible.
Equipment and building care:
Our management will complete an inventory check at the start and end of your event.
Any damages caused to the venue or equipment by your party will be charged to you at the replacement cost for the item, plus labour for any fittings.
Hire Equipment:
Should you require additional furniture or equipment to support your event we are more than happy to assist you in arranging this.
Third-party equipment hire is not included in your Room Hire or Minimum Spend and will apply additionally to your event costs.
Lost Property:
Peaky Blinders does not accept responsibility for the theft, loss, or damage of any items on our premises.
Any items left in venue shall be kept for 14 days then deposed of.
Reselling:
Reselling of Peaky Blinders Manchester Private Rooms or spaces is strictly prohibited.
Promoted or ticketed events will be deemed as breach of contract and will result in Peaky Blinders Manchester cancelling the event and retaining all pre-payments (Room Hire and/or Minimum Spend).
Commission:
Peaky Blinders Manchester will agree to pay commission at a pre-agreed rate with registered Agencies for the net value of the contracted costs only – Room Hire and Minimum Spend.
Peaky Blinders Manchester does not pay commission for main hall bookings.
All event costs must be settled in full and the Minimum Spend met before commission is paid to any Agency.
Payment will be made within 45 days upon receipt of an invoice that includes a registered VAT number.
Invoices must be sent directly to the Event Manager who coordinated your booking.
Under 18’s Policy:
All under 18’s must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.
No under 18s are permitted in the venue(s) after 19:00.
Should you wish to have guests who are under 18 attend your event in a Private Room after 19:00 please speak to your Event Manager so approval can be given from the venue’s General Manager.
We operate a strict ID policy, so please ensure guests bring valid photo ID to prove their age.
Guests will not be refunded their deposit, or any monies paid if any of their party fails to show valid ID on entry.
No under 18s are permitted to book on or attend a bottomless brunch.
Dress Code:
Our dress code is smart / casual.
We ask that guests dress appropriately.
No sportswear, or overly casual attire.
No football shirts are allowed within the bar.
No baseball caps allowed.
No oversized jewellery.
Door Policy:
Challenge 25 – Any guests who are asked for ID and cannot provide this, will be refused entry.
Highly intoxicated people will be refused entry.
Aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated, and entry will be refused.
A booking does not guarantee entry.
If your party have booked and paid and are refused entry, these monies will be lost.
