With a backdrop of floor-to-ceiling windows, neon signs, honeycomb shelving, Louis chairs and kooky striped walls, Dazzling is all about lifestyle – offering a brand-new dining experience focusing on a combination of amazing ambience, top-notch service and unique flavours. So, the food… Serving unique Taiwanese-Japanese-Italian fusion cuisine such as rice casseroles, pasta and pizza, soups and salads, we also can’t resist a sweet treat. Our motto? Eat desserts because desserts are stressed spelled backwards – and you wouldn’t want to miss out on the Honey Toast people have been known to queue round the block for!
In five different options (strawberry, chocolate, hazelnut, chestnut and French Toast), the super-big super-fluffy brioche-style base (literally half a loaf of Dazzling Café’s secret recipe bread) is coated with a thin layer of butter and sugar and topped with ice cream, fruit and whipped cream, and it’s so enormous that we cut it up into bite-sized pieces for you. Chuck on some extra ice cream for good measure, and we might even have to roll you home!
