Now open, the newest addition to MasterChef champion Simon Wood’s WOOD Restaurants can be found in one of the oldest cities in England. Already a hit in Manchester, chef patron Simon has brought his signature unintimidating fine dining style to the boutique Hotel Indigo, complete with chef’s table, theatre kitchen and private dining room for up to ten people. Guests can sample Simon’s winning cooking through an array of menus, from his revolutionary Gentleman’s Afternoon Tea to his five-, seven- or ten-course blind tasting menus.
