Combining seasonal influences and authentic Italian ingredients with new recipes we’ve picked up on our travels, our additional plates should bring some sunshine to your table and a smile to your face.
One of our favourite foods to cook with at the moment is Guanciale, an Italian cured meat and the perfect match to new-season peas and spring onions. It goes great in our Pollo Primavera roast chicken and potato dish and works well with our Agnello Scottaditto charcoal-grilled lamb cutlets, and we’ve even put it on our new Calvanico pizza.
Other traditional flavours we’ve brought in include goat’s cheese and balsamic onions, rose veal and gremolata, Sicilian fennel sausage and Delfino tuna from the Amalfi Coast. We’ve also introduced some new desserts – like our croissant and ice cream sandwich.
