Gordo personally negotiated this F&F menu, exclusively for Confidentials readers
Since the middle of December, Confidentials writers - from the editor to Gordo - have been finding excuses to go to Bramhall, coming back and singing the praises about the second family restaurant the three friends have built: Tre Ciccio, Bramhall.
Well-known now in Altrincham, they have upped their game at this one. With their savings riding on it, you can be sure they’re grafting their hearts out for you.
With a great bar out front, pasta and steaks make their entrance along with a super private dining room. It’s a beauty.
Chef-partner Francesco, from Calvanico in the Campania region of Italy, is in charge of the food. He uses the recipes handed down from his family as well as the villagers.
His rotolini are sheer genius. They knocked us out.
Tre Ciccio do the best roast chicken in the world as well. They are roasted off in the wood-fired pizza ovens, sat on roasted potatoes.
And the pizza ‘Sud’ won The Best UK Pizza award first time out. It’s Gordo’s favourite.
Confidentials have made a friends and family deal with them: Gordo has picked out a three-course ‘try this out for size’ menu to tempt you lot to give them a go. Comprising of starters, mains and puds, it’s normally charged at around £24. Gordo has negotiated a Confidentials family and friends deal for only £12.
This is not one of those discount vouchers a la ‘GroupWow’. It’s super-limited in numbers and you have to have used them by the end of January 2019. The idea is to impress you so much that you will come back and support this place - owned and run by family and friends - next time you are dining out. They’re Northerners like us; they are real people. Let’s support them to the hilt!
