There’s more to The Pasta Factory than meets the eye – the Northern Quarter’s authentic Italian has plenty that’s pasta-less on the menu, despite the name.
Our soups, salads and daily-changing specials take inspiration from super-fresh produce like tomatoes, rocket and basil, and imported ingredients including regional meats and cheeses. We’re big on our breads, such as Puglia’s twice-baked Frisella, the Neapolitan favourite stuffed Casatiello and crostini with various toppings. Our vegan Sicilian fritters, meanwhile, are one of Palermo’s most popular street foods.
