Taking inspiration from the different shapes of the Castells towers, choose from the Tres de Deu (Three of Ten) tasting menu of 10 courses for £95 and Tres de Quinze (Three of Fifteen), which is 15 courses at £135. And why not pair up your food with our extensive range of carefully selected wines: the Tres de Deu flight has seven glasses of wine for £65 and the Tres de Quinze flight has nine glasses of wine for £85.
